Our Approach to Product Safety

At AISEK, we provide product specifications, safety guidance and supporting documents so you can understand the capabilities and operating limits of our AWAKEN 800. Our product integrates white light, a visible green laser and an infrared laser. Please read our user manual and follow all warnings marked on the product.

Laser Classification

Our AWAKEN 800 was evaluated under IEC 60825-1:2014 by TÜV SÜD Certification and Testing (China) Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Branch. The complete product is classified as a Class 3R laser product under that report.

• Visible green laser: nominal 520 nm; Class 3R; specified output below 5 mW.
• Infrared laser: nominal 850 nm; Class 1 under the report's measurement conditions; specified output below 0.39 mW.

Invisible infrared radiation still requires appropriate precautions. Never look directly into the emitters or treat a laser classification as permission for unsafe use.

Safe Handling

For your safety and the safety of others, please follow these precautions:

• Never intentionally direct laser emission toward eyes, people, animals, vehicles or aircraft.
• Do not stare into either emitter or inspect it with magnifying optical devices.
• Keep the product away from children and unauthorized users.
• Follow the manual for charging, storage, care, compatibility and installation.
• Stop using the product if it becomes damaged or operates abnormally, and contact our support team.

Water Resistance and Care

Our AWAKEN 800 user manual lists IPX8 water resistance; it also warns users not to operate the product underwater. IPX8 describes a water-ingress classification and does not, by itself, establish a dust-ingress rating. Follow the manual's operating limits and care instructions.

Our IEC report concerns laser-radiation safety classification, not comprehensive finished-product certification. The FDA/CDRH accession number acknowledges receipt of our initial radiation-product report; it does not represent FDA product approval, clearance, certification or endorsement.
