Published performance values reflect stated measurement methods or supporting product documentation. Actual performance may vary with environmental conditions, operating settings and product usage.

3. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. PayPal is currently supported.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

In the event of a material pricing or listing error, AISEK may contact the customer to confirm an appropriate correction or cancel the affected order and issue any applicable refund, subject to applicable law.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

Order acceptance occurs when AISEK confirms the order or begins fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

We may decline or cancel orders where required by law, where products are unavailable, where payment verification fails or where there is a reasonable concern involving fraud or unlawful transactions.

If a cancelled order has already been paid, the applicable refund will be arranged.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated shipping transit time is generally 5–15 business days after dispatch, subject to carrier availability, customs processing and destination restrictions.

6. Taxes and Import Requirements

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, prices do not include destination import duties, VAT, brokerage fees or similar charges.

Customers are responsible for applicable import charges and compliance with local import requirements.

Shipment contents and order values are declared accurately in accordance with applicable customs requirements.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests are accepted within 15 calendar days after delivery, subject to the Return and Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.

8. Limited Warranty

Qualifying products are covered by the AISEK 2-Year Limited Warranty, beginning on the delivery date, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.

The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects and does not automatically cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification or use outside published specifications.

Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by this limited warranty.

9. Product Safety and Legal Compliance

Certain AISEK products contain visible or infrared laser emitters.

Users must read and follow the supplied product instructions, safety warnings and product labels.

Never intentionally direct laser output toward eyes, people, animals, vehicles or aircraft.

Infrared laser emissions may be invisible to the unaided eye.

Products must be installed, handled, stored and used in accordance with their instructions and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchase, import, possession, installation and use are lawful in their jurisdiction.

AISEK does not authorize or encourage unlawful or unsafe product use.

10. Intellectual Property

The AISEK name, product names, logos, photographs, graphics, written content, technical materials and other website content are owned by or licensed to AISEK or the relevant rights holders.

Such materials may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

11. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems or customer information.

  • Disrupt website functionality or security.

  • Submit malicious software or misleading transaction information.
