This policy explains AISEK's order processing times, shipping charges, estimated delivery periods and international shipping requirements.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Most orders are dispatched from our fulfillment operations in Shenzhen, China.
Order processing normally excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays observed by our fulfillment operations in China.
Processing may take longer during peak periods, inventory checks or when additional order verification is required.
2. Shipping Rates
The following shipping rates currently apply to eligible destinations:

Shipping availability and final charges are determined at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.
AISEK may update shipping rates or available services from time to time. The shipping options and charges shown at checkout when an order is placed govern that order.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated shipping transit time after dispatch is generally 5–15 business days.
Typical carriers include FedEx and DHL, depending on destination, service availability and applicable transport restrictions.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
International transportation, customs clearance, remote-area service, carrier disruptions, weather conditions and lithium-battery transport requirements may affect actual delivery times.
The total period between ordering and delivery includes both order processing and shipping transit time.
4. Delivery Destinations
We ship only to destinations supported by our active shipping services and checkout configuration.
Certain countries, regions or addresses may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions, import regulations or product-specific shipping limitations.
Checkout is the authoritative source for shipping availability for your delivery address.
5. Taxes, Duties and Customs
Product prices are displayed in USD.
Unless expressly indicated at checkout, prices and shipping fees do not include destination import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or other import charges.
Customers are responsible for import charges assessed by the destination country or carrier, except where applicable law or checkout terms state otherwise.
AISEK declares shipment contents and order values accurately in accordance with applicable customs requirements.
We do not offer inaccurate or artificially reduced customs declarations.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order may lawfully be imported into their country or region.
6. Address Accuracy and Changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you need an address correction, contact info@aisek.com as soon as possible, including your order number and the corrected information.
Once a parcel has been dispatched, address changes or rerouting may not be possible. Additional carrier charges may apply.
7. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available following order fulfillment.
Carrier tracking information may take additional time to update after shipment.
If your parcel exceeds the expected delivery window or tracking stops updating for an unusually long period, please contact us with your order number.
We will assist with the appropriate carrier investigation.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a carrier confirms that a parcel has been lost, AISEK will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us promptly with photographs of the parcel and the affected product.
9. Refused Shipments and Import Restrictions
If a shipment is refused or returned because applicable import charges are unpaid, delivery information is incorrect, or the destination does not permit the product, reasonable carrier and return charges may be deducted from any otherwise applicable refund to the extent permitted by law.
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights or remedies for errors attributable to AISEK.
