Warranty Policy

2-Year Limited Warranty

Qualifying products are covered against defects in materials, workmanship and normal product function for 2 years from the date the product is delivered to the original end purchaser.

Who Is Covered

This limited warranty applies to the original end purchaser of a genuine AISEK product purchased from aisek.com or an authorized seller, with valid proof of purchase. Coverage is non-transferable.

What's Covered

During the warranty period, if a product fails because of a qualifying manufacturing defect under normal use and care, the remedy, at our discretion, may be repair, replacement with the same or a functionally equivalent product, or refund of the purchase price. Verified defects in integrated rechargeable batteries fall under the same 2-year limited warranty terms.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear, cosmetic wear, scratches, finish changes or expected battery capacity reduction from normal aging.
  • Accident, impact, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper storage or use outside the instructions or published specifications.
  • Incorrect installation, incompatible mounting, unauthorized modification, disassembly or repair.
  • Liquid, corrosion, heat or environmental damage outside the product's stated protection and operating limits.
  • Loss, theft, damage caused by third-party equipment, or products with removed or altered identifying marks.

How to make a claim

For warranty claims, email info@aisek.com with your order number or purchase receipt, delivery date if available, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the problem. Typical response time: 1–2 business days.

Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions. For a verified covered defect, reasonable return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed when approved in advance. Unapproved shipping, customer-selected expedited shipping, customs charges and other unauthorized costs may not be reimbursed.

Statutory rights

This warranty gives you specific contractual rights and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
